Jewelry worn in someone's body cannot be resold; we cannot vouch for its safety once jewelry leaves our shop. If you have concerns or misgivings, please bring them up while working with your piercer to pick the right jewelry; don't be afraid to ask questions and change your mind during that process. We want people to leave happy, so please speak up if you are nervous or are trying to make your choice too quickly. Your piercer may need to step away and assist another client, but they'll come back to you, and it's better to take your time and make a choice you're happy with.
We cannot guarantee fit unless we install the jewelry. Even experienced clients can mistake what size they need, so it's always best to let a piercer handle your first installation of new jewelry. For that reason, we recommend gift cards instead of directly purchasing jewelry for other people. We're here to bring joy, and it's a sad day for everyone when a heartfelt gift doesn't work and can't be exchanged.
Most of our jewelry has a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. This means that jewelry maker guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship and we will send it back to them to be repaired for you. The most common reasons for repairs to be needed are hand-set gems falling out and broken pins or threading. When we send in jewelry, purchased through us, for repairs covered by the warranty there is no charge to you; however, sometimes people accidentally damage their jewelry. The jewelry maker will examine each piece when it arrives to them and let us know if the issue was caused by improper handling. Please don't be embarrassed and write off your jewelry if you accidentally damage it. The jewelry we carry lasts and is worth saving, we can get a quote for the repair for you. High-quality, handmade jewelry can also often be modified. If you've invested in pieces you love but want to change the gem or threading size, we can look into having the jewelry maker modify it for you.
Lost jewelry, glass, organics, BJO chains, Maria Tash, and Anatometal Titanium Flat Back Gems do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Some genuine stones, pearls, and opals, for example, are delicate and can be permanently damaged by overexposure to water, especially chlorine. Discoloration will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Not all gems are suitable for all places....----

Removing your jewelry ends the life of the piercing and voids the guarantee; it also can allow infection to build up in your body without an "escape route" and is always a last resort. To fulfill your part of the guarantee, adhere to the aftercare recommended, follow up virtually, and come in for downsizes as instructed by your piercer. With the care and precision we use when it comes to piercing, the quality of the jewelry we install, and the aftercare we recommend, the piercings we do tend to heal very well, but when there are obstacles that interrupt the healing process and jeopardize your piercing, you must contact us right away so we can work with you. If we don't know, we can't help, and addressing these issues is time-sensitive! If, in the rare event, nothing we suggest works, and we advise you to take out your jewelry, we will re-pierce at no charge.
