IF OUR LOBBY IS AT CAPACITY THERE WILL BE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS AT THE DOOR. WE ARE ALLOWING A +1 AND FOR MINOR CLIENTS, WHO MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH THEM, THAT PERSON DOES NOT COUNT AS THEIR +1.
We no longer require clients to wear masks.
While we feel that masking inside is still best, and an easy step for everyone to help keep spaces more accessible for immune compromised and high risk people, we cannot ask our staff to enforce the mask requirement anymore. We continue to recommend mask wearing indoors and will reassess the situation if cases rise. Immune compromised and high risk clients may request a KN95 at the door and we will be offering limited appointments outside of business hours at our Dallas and Eastside ATX locations for clients who do not feel comfortable with these changes.
